Heteractis Magnifica anemone

Not a great idea for several reasons.

H. magnificas are rarely imported in good shape. To trust a online dealer to send you one in good shape when maybe 1 in 100 come in that way is not good IMO.

They are a difficult and demanding anemone even when you get a good one to start. If this is you first anemone, you could make a better choice.

The anemone that maroon clowns associate with in the wild, the BTA, is the most hardy of the host anemones, comes in a variety of colors, is easy to find in good shape, doesn't cost nearly as much, and will often split in captivity, so if you contact your local reef club, there is probably someone who can sell you one that has already been in captivity for a while and is doing well. My advice would be to find a nice large BTA (bubble tip anemone) either from a local reefer or a fish store, and go with that.

Oh yah, and WELCOME to REEF CENTRAL!!!
