Your welcome Danny! Those corals should open up nicely sometime today when your lights go on. Especially your 5 star polyps. Usually takes a day for those things to get use to its new environment. Enjoy and if you need anything else, let me know.

Thank you to everyone for the welcoming and all the great offers, you guys are great, and I only hope I can pass on some of these frags when they grow up onto more beginners!

It's looking good Danny! Especially like the way the orange zoo looked. It looks red in your pic. That's kinda HOT! Show us more pics later when the 5 star polyp all open. Good job!
 
Hey Danny glad I can help you out man. Tell everyone I'm a nice a guy. Some people on here don't think I am. Freaking " Reef Central " Keep on reefing man. If you need more frags let me know and I'll hook you up. Not like some of these lazy people on from CMAS that willing to shipping their corals to ya, where I do deliver and not expecting any tip like Dominoes and Pizza Hut.

What kind of lights do you have? I have some acro's I can probably frag for you when your ready for them...
 
I can have some cool stuff for ya in a week when i start to transfer stuff into my new tank dont forget to remind me...... but have to pick-up in Fox Lake

Acro's or Acropora is a SPS(small polyp stony coral).

Their not something you want to start out with but once your ready their addictive! like crack but different :) and legal....

You need strong lighting and very good water quality. Check out the SPS forum...
 
there are some SPS that will fair well with fluorescent lighting but most would agree you really need metal halides to keep them. You should probably stick to LPS and softies. I may have some frogspawn ready for fragging in the coming weeks. I'll let ya know.
