hi all ,need help about Achilles antibiotics

I have a problem with an Achilles surgeon fish
he is packed with ich:sad2:
Currently he is in my main tank with other fish
There are currently no wars even though he entered two weeks ago
He does not eat dry food he eats only Nuri
And some frozen foods that I prepare with a little garlic


I wanted to know if anyone can help me with a link to Preparation of food with antibiotics

Because from past experience that i have it helpes to strengthen the fish

Antibiotics is not effective against ich; but may be you are talking about concurrent ich and bacterial infection.

Even so, many or most tangs won't eat enough antibiotics by food. Only very aggressive feeders could get enough antibiotic thru food.
