SEA Campbell and Glen, but they just had a bad power outage, so they don't have very much live stock at this time. They might be bringing some back in the next day or two..

Simply Elegant Aquatics ( SEA) and Southwest Aquatics are imo the best here
Desert Pet Center ( 22ms/Swan) might not be worth the trip, everytime ive gone they have about 4 saltwater fish. Great for freshwater though!

I stopped by a new LFS Tucson on Grant road west of Craycroft on the south side. Big painted clown fish in the window. He is just setting up, friendly
