High Amp powerbar question(s)

Hello everyone and sorry if this is a dumb question but want to do this right the first time..
1. Does it matter which socket you plug it in on the digital 6 socket power bar?
2. Can i use an extension cord on the plug that goes to the digital power bar?
3. Does the wall plug that I plug the high amp bar into have to be a totally different circuit breaker then the rest of the fish room?
LAST ONE I PROMISE:
4. Are both sockets switchable on and off? can i plug my chiller in one and my heater in the other?

4 no both sockets are the same (they act as the same socket)

So I assign it to a socket and both plugs will act the same?
So basically if I am using it for my chiller I can only use one plug?

yes, both sockets are switched synchronously - only one channel

On the Hi Amp power bar that I use for my Chiller I also plug in the pump used to feed my Chiller. This then only runs the Chiller circulation pump as required when the Chiller is enabled.
