......found him. I thought he'd demised. Nope, down in the sump living la vida loca, in the refugium. This species is amazing in its ability to get through pipes. My fuge is in the basement. And this one was sold small. Last one I had to get out of the pump chamber, with the pump shut down, took me 2 hours and two people with two nets, in a pump chamber about 10x10x9. That's how good they are.

When Wrongway Charlie fattens up a bit more so he can't get through the weir any longer, I'll bite the bullet and catch him. Until then, he's part of the fuge crew. They always look like they're grinning when they look up at you---and I'm sure this one is.

I had a Yasha goby that kept finding its way into my sump. The scary thing is... My 37g tank used an overflow box and was not drilled. The part of the overflow box inside the tank was covered to keep snails out. So that means the goby was jumping through a hole in the caonopy and landing in the outside part of the overflow box.

This is a funny thread - I have my guy in a biocube & I thought I lost him too. Sure enough, he comes creeping out of the bottom grate, eats & darts back in. Now it's too fat for that & hangs out under a rock. He's awesome - very cute - the kids call him stripey yellow. Good luck w/ yours!
