High ORP Reading

My ORP readings are between 440 & 489.
How do I get the readings lower.
I use a protein skimmer, 25w sterilizer, phosphate, carbon, & kalkasser,reactors.
I have the ACII.

is your probe clean? a dirty probe will make the number higher.

- Make sure that pH compensation is turned off.
- Clean your probe w/ a soft bristled tooth brush to remove the biofilm that may develop on the tip of the probe.
