I originally posted a negative post about Aquacave but I would like to correct the the feelings and in addition praise AquaCave on their customer service. I feel that AQ will do what is necessary to satisify their customers.
There was a process issue. After discussing the problem with Arthur, he remediated the problem so that no one else would have the same issue.
AquaCave went over and beyond to rectify the problem and quickly shipped my items to my satisifaction.
I appreciate vendors like this who will aggressively try to keep new customers so that they will be happy future customers also.
I HIGHLY recommend this Vendor.
