Hikari krill?????

Anyone feed with this? i just purchased a package for my puffer and when i went to feed the cube never seperated/broke down. is that normal or is it a bad batch?? i use Hikari brine, mysis, and blood and all seperate when i put in water. any help would be appreciated, thanks!!!!!!

I have, for my serpants, and also the ocean plankton, but I use the one piece bar and just break off what I need. I let it thaw in a container of tank water and then strain it out. I then discard that polluted packaging water and add them to clean tank water and serve......never had a problem with it not breaking apart.

i actually conduct the same process minus the strainer...but the krill never seperated. i used the individually packaged cubes. when u put it in the strainer is it already broken apart or do you do that manually? i use cups to rinse/feed.

i just stir it around, but sometimes it needs alittle help........

Reefer95: You never actually specified, but are you talking about frozen or freeze dried krill?
