Hippo with injured fin

What can i do about an injured fin? He's having trouble swimming because of it. Will it just heal? Not sure how it happened, there is no aggression going on in the QT.

Do you know how he did it? There's not much you can do to repair it. Since its in a qt keep the water pristine and aerated, feed him well and keep stress down all to reduce the chances of a bacterial infection.
