Hitch Hiker Crab

I got a new coral yesterday and when I put it in I saw a crab shoot out of it. My tank walls are pretty much covered in green algae so I barely got a glimpse of it before it disappeared.

How can I find it or lure it out? I know I haven't given much information, but I know nothing about it. Where do crabs usually hide?

Most species seek refuge in rocks, although with you mentioning that the crab was within a coral colony, it could very well be a harmless, beneficial coral crab species, which should in due time, return to the coral.

What about an acro crab if it was near or in an sps colony.
