This little pink blob has been on the move ever since I got the rock from Tampa Bay Saltwater. Curious what genus this is since its since it is very mobile. Thanks for the eyes on my little friendView attachment 339005 ImageUploadedByTapatalk1452731610.473943.jpg

hmm, that's an interesting one! It looks like it is pretty spherical, and pink? I would have guessed sponge but not it it's travelling around. With brightly colored squishy things that move around I would think nudibranchs, but I don't think they are round like that.
Urchins are round and mobile, but they are spiky.
I'm stumped! Does the TBS website have a list of potential hitch hikers?

It also looks like it's filter feeding. The front protrudes and looks cylindrical and hollow

Saw it on the glass this morning, definitely a slug with what looks like mushroom cap over its foot, with clear head an antennae.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1452796696.589001.jpg
