hitch hiker ID please

can with my live rocks, heard clicking noise, removed it, but clicking continues on in my tank. can someone help ID this and tell me how to get rid of pistol shrimp without breaking any rocks lol. broke one already

Looks like a Alpheus parvirostris.

Take a piece of two inch or so clear plastic tube/pipe.... Cap one end! Isolate the rock he is believed to be in and place a bait in the tube. I used a whole square of frozen food (something that will stay in one piece for a while like algae or put in pantyhose so it stays together... ). Now wait.... And wait.... Eventually if you keep checking on it you will find him in there munching down and simply pick the uncapped end of the tube up! Shrimp caught! I have used this technique with a huge mantis shrimp that hitchhiked in and ate most of my fish before I realized he was in there! Good luck!

Where are you located? I will take pistol. Most alpheus pistols pair with gobies and are reef safe. This one is unclear, most sites state it will not pair with a goby.
