Hi all,
I've just found this fella on my live rock....is he a good guy?
He looks like slug but that section on his back is hard.

Stomatella snail. IME harmless and kind of nice to have around.

I second that. It is the only snail I have found that reproduces in my fuge and frag tank. In the main they seem to be eaten by some of the fish.

i have loads of these guys. they clean the glass nicley. some are preety big now

They are a favorite of shrimp. If you have cleaner shrimp, you'll have many less stomatellas.
