There is some unidentify hitch hiker on the side of my crocea. It looks like attach to the shell, looks like some sponge, tube worm with 2 tentacles. Refer to the photo :

Anyone know what is this and should I get rid of it? How to get rid of it if I have to. It jump from the rock several times, I am not sure if this peel off of the shell is due to the fall. Will this effect it's health
