Hitch hiker on coral? Feather duster?

Found this on my new coral, looks like maybe a feather duster, also saw a couple little bugs or isopod things come off that were very small and almost clear, are those bad?

The picture is tough to make out, but I assume you are talking about the brown thing in the bottom-right? Looks like a vermatid snail.

Those little clear bugs are indeed isopods, and yep, really good to have in a tank.
