Ok, so I got this hitchhiker anemone on a live rock from TBS.

Oral disc is about an inch to an inch and a quarter. When tentacles are spread it's maybe 3 inches. It stays with its entire foot in this hole all the time. It accepts bits of shrimp.

It could be a curlique anemone, Bartholomea annulata. That species originates from the waters around FL. They look similar to aiptasia, and are in fact related, but are not invasive and are generally hardy.

Ok, thank you, that's actually what we had it narrowed to, but we're reading scary things. We have a couple of slow-moving rock-grazing fish as well as a couple of rainbow BTAs. We're reading that the b. Annulata could be a major problem to any or all of those things. Anyone want to weigh in on how big of a problem it is?

Yep Curly Que :D or however it's spelled. I don't know much about them but found a lot of reading materials on them through Google.

This description doesn't make it sound particularly aggressive for fish, etc. I do know they will sting other anemones, so you will want it to be located away from the BTAs. They like to attach in a hole in the live rock. Once they find their happy place, they don't move much.
