Hitchhiker crab

i found him today for the first time, looks to be light brown and with a tail? it had this little white piece looked like part of the shell maybe? i tried to snap a pic of it but didnt turn out let me know if good or bad. BTW i believe my new pep shrimp is gone havent seen him for 3 or 4 days

I have not seen my pep shrimp in my 24 Gal Nano for days at a time before, then all of a sudden, there he is....
