i found this today in my tank no idea what it is!!

Glad I never had them, but after looking at pictures I agree with pyithar.

Yup, flatworm. Suck up the large guys with a turky baster and acclimate a wrasse, like pink streaked or leopards, theyll eat the babies. Probably not as fast as they breed thou. Theyll act like aptasia such that shards of body parts will become new worms
