Pick this up when I got the anemone today. Can someone ID what type of cowrie it is? Is it reef safe?

I don't have the scientific but they are commonly sold as tiger cowries - When small they eat algae, but seem to be fairly indiscriminate (corals, ect...) in what they eat when they get larger (they get fairly big, I had one in my fuge that was pushing softball size. The shell becomes banded and dull as they mature

I'm not sure that's a tiger cowrie. The pictures I have looked at seem to be different. But I am no expert.
