Hitchhiker in the Montipora

I thought this was a feather duster or hydroid in my friend's tank but it is unfamiliar to me. It has long "feathers" at the top of its head and two smaller almost probiscus-like feathers at its "mouth". It rotates rapidly about a central axis and will retract into its tube when I pass in front of it.

Thanks we did some searching and that is exactly it! I was thinking a worm or feather duster type and couldn't find it...barnacle didn't cross my mind since the "shell" wss encrusted in monti I couldn't see it. Thank you everyone!!
