Hold for Chantal Hickey Queen Angelfish???

We apologize for any confusion this may have caused. We do not hold specimen for purchase unless the specimen is damaged or unhealthy prior to shipment. When a specimen is ordered from Diver's Den® and is compromised in any way before shipping it is placed on a “hold” for the customer who purchased the item until it is healthy and can be shipped. The coding our Aquaculture Coral & Marine Life Facility uses on such items state “Hold for …” and will be held for that specific customer. Once the specimen is well enough to ship we will make three attempts to contact the customer regarding the shipment. If the customer does not respond within the three contacts we will release the specimen back onto the web site for purchase. This specific Queen Angelfish was being held for a customer and because they did not respond to have the item shipped it was released to our site again. Unfortunately the coding was not removed before another customer purchased this specimen.
