Holding orders due to weather concerns.

Due to weather concerns in the Northeast we have decided to hold shipments going to Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island and New Jersey. Flood, wind and winter storm warnings have been issued and we anticipate FedEx delays during the next 24 hours. All of our affected customers are being contacted and a new delivery date will be discussed. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us via email, PM or personal phone call.

After reviewing today’s weather information, it has been decided that we will be shipping aquatic orders to all states. Should there be a delay in shipping due to severe weather in specific areas, our manager will post this information for all to review. We also do our best to contact all customers with pending orders that are affected by the delay via phone or email.

We are pleased to hear you were able to make arrangements for a delivery next week. Most orders that were held Monday due to the weather were able to ship on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday. Well worth the wait! The 2 multicolor angels was delivered at 12 and finished 2 hrs of acclimation around 4:30. Light came on around 9pm and started feeding frozen mysis, brine and emerald entree and both went after the food. That's a very good sign for me when new arrivals start eating on the same day.

The package came in great shape with 5 bags on each fish and very well packed. I'll definately order from LA again and highly recommend to others.
