Hole drilling

I am building my own sump and I need a 48mm hole drilled in my soon to be 75 gallon sump. The glass shop by my house in Surprise can't drill the hole because they can't put the aquarium under the drill press. Can anyone help me out and drill a hole for me or know of a shop that can drill holes for me? I did get some glass though lol. I got 5 sheets of glass for my baffles.

Cool! I talked with Discount Aquarium and they told me that they have the bits and tools to drill. The only thing is is that I have to do the drilling. Oh and they charge me $5. That's kinda cool. A lot of the glass shops turned me down because they use a drill press and the aquarium won't fit under it. You would think that with the name of Glass Guru that he would be able to do anything with glass.

Nevermind. Gees I ordered my own 48mm glass hole bit. I do this myself Joe boo

Major league right on!

Drilling is pretty easy, after the first hole your confidence goes way up!
measure twice drill once. Watch the video on bulkreef for motivation and make sure if you are using a cordless drill that is is all the way charged.

Ok,..I got my 48mm glass drill bit on Wednesday and tonight I plan on drilling my hole for my PanWorld 150. Kick a$$! Next I will be making my stand!

Alright! I just voided my warranty on my new75 gallon aquarium /sump by drilling a48mm hole in it. Tomorrow I think I will glue in my baffles.

Alright here is my new sump without my baffles in place 20140313_194613.jpg
