Hole in the head

I have an emperor angel that has been out of QT and in my display for a few months now. He/she is starting to get hole in the head. I feed it 4 times a day, mix frozen one day of the week and microcrabs cyclopeeze granules and spectum pellets on a rotation the other days. He/she is very fat and eats a ton. What is the best treatment for this if theres any?

i had my yellow tang in QT for a few months and she had HLLE. After being back in the main tank for a few months and eating well , HLLE is almost gone

HLLE is typically caused by poor water conditions or bad nutrition. Can you please post your water parameters. It is pretty easy to cure if you are feeding right and your water conditions are good. I got a kole tank with a pretty bad case of HLLE from a LFS. Within two months you would have never known it had it.

10 % water changes are done weekly. I am assuming that his diet needs to improve?
