Hood electronics question

Bought a used system on craigslist for nearly free, didnt get a chance to take the cover off the hood and look inside and came upon this when i got home

Im not sure whom its made by but it has 2x 175w MH and 2x 110w VHO's which run on 2 seperate ballasts. Ive tested the MH and they work fine, but obviously one of the connections on the VHO isnt going to work. Ive brought the hood to an electrician who quickly said he couldnt work on it. I was wondering if anyone had any experience in repairs like this and could point me in the right direction of what i need to buy. Or if i can just run it without the second vho and have enough light to grow some healthy corals.

wouldn't be all that hard just to replace the endcap and rewire that ballast. I would however switch all the endcaps to water proof ones.

all you will nee are the endcaps, standoff's and new wire. you can find everything here.
