What do I need to do to hook them up? What do the switchs have to be set at? Can someone point me in the right direction?

Do you have the cables, or are you trying to figure out what cables you need?

I have the cables. Just trying to figure out the switchs.
On the DC 8 I would go with SW1=Off and SW2=Off and Sw3=Off. This will means everything plugged into the DC8 will be referenced as A1 thru A8. On the DC4HD I would go with Sw1=On, Sw2=Off, Sw3=Off and Sw4=Off. This means everything plugged into the DC4HD will be referenced as B1 thru B2. You can play around with it however you like, just make sure the same letter number combination are used on both.
That should be it.

Thank you. Ill do that later after work. Now by doing all that the icons for the DC4HD will then show up on the ACjr?
The icons that are available are already part of the ACJr, I don't think it will give you anything additional when you hookup the DC4HD.
The icons are added and chosen by you when you program the ACJr. They don't automatically show up when you plug an item in.
Hopefully that answers your question. I'm by no means an expert with the ACJr, but I think I have a pretty good grasp on the programming so if you have any questions just ask.
