I was looking at my tank this morning with lights off and found these worms/snails on the glass. Need an ID on them and want to find out best way to get rid of them if they are bad. Could not get a picture of the other side of it.

Doesn't look like a fat worm to me looks more like a tagalong that comes on the liverock i have a few crawling around my tank every once and awhile i just remove them

Thanks everyone for the help. I got a better look at it this morning and pretty sure it is a chiton. Found a bunch more in the sand bed on the glass also.

How'd you score those? Chiltons are cool.

Did you know that they were swimming around with dinosaurs?

That's a pretty cool hitchhiker. I got stomatella snails in mine and they multiply like crazy. I've got a few whiteish ones and lots of black ones. Many up to over an inch long. ~Removed, Sugar
