hope to save a alveopora

Found this pretty alveopora slowly going downhill in my brothers soft tank. It's slowly starting to recover but I know very little about them. I understand they like mod. current and light. Any insight into how to help this guy would be appreciated.

I would target feed it . This seems to help them. Put it in an area with low flow. Is it bleaching or does it still have color?

I just looked at the pic. Good luck. When they are that far gone you have a very small chance of saving it.

It seems to be coming out of it. The polyps are actually starting to regain color and are extending about a inch from the base. It's in a mod. flow and bright indierct light situation right now and seems fairly happy.
