Horrible experience

I placed my first order from Marine Depot a few weeks ago. I ordered 50pcs of Real Reef Rock ($350) with a 10% off coupon, and an Aquamaxx EM200, for a total of near $700. When i checked out the REALREEFROCK promo gave me 10% off. After checking my bank statement they invoiced me for the full price. When calling them about this i also found out that they cancelled my skimmer order stating "cancelled per customer". Which was completely wrong. After having both items screwed up decided to cancel my whole order since the rock had only been billed but still did not shipped. After 3 phone calls telling me a credit was issued (even though no credit had actually shown up) and waiting 2 business weeks I was forced to go to my bank to fix the situation. The customer service was polite but did nothing to help or even try to win my business back. Be very careful when using this company. Maybe mine was a rare case but every aspect of the order went horribly wrong.

Thank you very much for your feedback. What you experienced is extremely unusual and we truly apologize for the unacceptable experience. We definitely would not randomly cancel orders or charge customers more than what is agreed upon in the order confirmation.
