my clown fish are hosting a open brain:

looks like some tissues loss is happening.

how or what can I do if anything at all. this is my favorite piece in the tank.

I'm not seeing the tissue loss, but I'll take your word for it. If you have plenty of space, a BTA would be a more likely home for your ocellaris (not a natural host, but in aquariums a common one).

how long did it take before they started hosting?

we have a bta in the tank, they host everything but the bta.
maybe this is a better picture. it is a small. I hoping that it will not get any bigger.
