hosting

is it odd that my true percula female hosted in a condy anemone, but now since i removed it, she wont host in any of my torch corals, hammer, or frogspawn.

one of my frogspawns looks just like anemone,

anyway, im planning on ordering a BTA, i have had one before in this tank, but any tips on keeping it in one spot, the condy i had, i placed it in the corner and it never ended up moving, maybe alittle but stayed in the general area.

Its not odd. Your perc may just be picky..

clowns also don't find hosts by sight alone. olafactory plays a larger part in selecting a host for the percula complex - haven't seen a study on the others
