how big of a chiller?

how big of a chiller will I need to cool down a 55gal tank from 80-81 to 73-74?
(my current fowlr runs around 80)
and any thoughts on watts/ cost to do it?

thanks every one I know i have lots of questions?
also open to other cost effective ways to cool a tank too...
