How can I save it??

Found this at a LFS. I was told it came in damage.Not sure if it will make it but thought I would thow $20 away and picked it up. I really like the color and it's the bright thing in the tank. What should I do to try to save it. Is it a Button coral (Cynarina lacrymalis)?

Where by chance did you pick that up ... was it at AAF? If so, I happened to be there when it came in and it did indeed come from the wholesaler's that way. As GFK says, good flow / light / food ... I picked up a similar piece a few years back and it recovered nicely with some TLC.

Yeah that's where I got it. Nice color to it very deep orange and red.I feed it a little and it will expand to the food. Do you have a picture of the one you picked up?
