how close 2 finger leather coral can be?

I was wondering if can put 2 finger leather coral a green and a white sinularia at distance of 2 / 3 inch

If the grow slowly it will be better for me since i'm not really into frag and i have a small 15G tank

no problem. I have them next to each other and I have to frag both as they won't stop spreading.
