How do I feed anemones?

I have had a LTA for a little while and I have been using phoytomax. I just bought a GBTA frag. What else can I feed these guys? Some kind of shimp? What kind? How do I feed them? Syringe or turkey baster?

Depending on how big the frag is, I feed mine GBTA small pieces of Silversides, all I have to do is move the fish piece to the tentacles and it will grab it and pull it in.

The Anenome sticky on the top of the room has a FAQ that is really descriptive on feeding. If your anenome is bleached and is not feeding by itself, you will have to gently place food right on it's mouth or inside without tearing anything and not going to big (1/4 inch tops).

I dont feed my anemone at all. It takes it away from the clown when I give the clown cut up silver sides... Or you can feed them 2-3 months scallops into there mouth also pooper hole
