How do I make a 2nd chamber for Calc reactor?

I have a Koralin 1502, I'd like to ad a 2nd chamber to it. Since I have quite a few plastic sheets laying around. I'm thinking about making squared 2nd chamber, 6x12 in size. Can someone point me out to the right direction? I have to buy some stuff from USplastics so I might as well buy the parts now while I'm at it.

Does the internal volume of the 2nd chamber have to match the volume of the 1st chamber? Any tips is appreciated. Thanks

The internal size doesn't have to match the other one you will just need to make sure that it flows through the media. For a easy and cheap 2nd chamber you can use a water filter container like the ones for RO water. The best thing about them is they will handle the water pressure and you can plumb them with 1/4" quest fittings and with a little creative plumbing you can make the water flow up and through the media and out.
