I was wondering if my balast only has two outlets but I have 3 metal halides I want to plug in, can I wire two together and have one outlet power two lights. Also if it would power the two lights would they light up evenly with the third that has its own outlet on the balast. Also can I have vho's going into the balast also.

Your ballast has two outlets that are probably only capable of "firing" one Metal Halide bulb each. I'm no expert but I believe that each transformer in the ballast can only power up one bulb.
