Just got a Long Tentacle Anemone. What's the best method for acclimatizing it?

Drip acclimation. Just put it in a styrofoam box, get some siphon thing and slowly drip water into the box, then dump out half of the water about 30-45 minutes later, and do it again. If you don't have a box, you could just use the bag, and use a baster or syphon and slowly drip water into it, then dumping some out and replacing. There are also good tips on liveaquaria.com.

Yea thanks its acclimatized and in thet tank and its already anchored its self on a piece of liverock.
