How do you clean behind and in caves of Live Rock?

I want to know how these people with LR going up the back of the tank clean behind and in the caves of the LR?

I do the best I can by using an MJ1200 and get it as far to the back as I possibly can. Obviously it doesn't get everything, but it sure gets a lot.

Do you mean detris that collects? If so I think most use a turkey baster to blow out the detris.

I use a Dyson simply because they don't get clogged or lose suction.
