How do you cool your fish room?

I've got a 450g reef, 150g sump, 45g RO storage, and another 45g hospital tank in my fish room. WIth the halides on during the day it is about 90 degrees in the fish room, which is in my basement. I am considering adding an air-air exchanger to help with humidity and temperature control...and thought about adding a room air conditioner insted. They type that you can vent out a wall with their attached hose. ANyone use either of these techniques to control the humidity and the temp in their sump rooms?

bump for a good question. my tank was outside on the patio, so cooling was not really an issue. heating was interesting, though! :)
