How do you feed you corals

IN large tanks with a lot of specimens, how does one best feed say SPS corals? Its seems that doing a dump in or marine snow or coral plankton and letting the flow take it around would do it as opposed to a massive amount of time target feeding.

Dumping a mass of food into the tank in hopes some might fall on top of the target corals is just about the quickest way to overpollute and kill your tank. Better is to turn off the pumps for 15-20 minutes and target feed in a sensible manner. This is only for non-photosynthetic corals. For regular hobbyists' photosynthetic corals feeding is not necessary to do it so often - maybe a couple times per week max.

I understand the pollution thing. Just was trying to wrap my head around target feeding all the sps corals and LPS. Thanks for the info
