How do you fellas get your capricornus to scroll?

I am thinking about adding a few capricornus to my tank while I wait for it to mature for my gigantea anemone. I have had capricornus in the past, and they always kind of plate down, like levels. I want them to scroll. How do you get them to do this? Is there a specific flow that helps this process?

Give it lots of flow and break the plate from time to time for an interesting shape.

less flow and it will cup instead of plate

Too much flow and it will flatten out or grow downward. If you want your cap to cup and scroll with nice rose-shaped, need to have random moderate flow. Center of tank is best for a large colony.
