how do you guys DIP zoos?

so i have some zoanthids coming in the mail soon. I have kents iodine solution to dip them in. Is it 1 drop/gal salt water? or freshwater? and can i dip yumas as well?

i do FW dip,1 drop per gallon.Not sure about yumas.

You need to use more iodine in your dip water. More like 5-6 drops per gallon of water and it needs to be Lugols iodine in freshwater.
I would not dip yumas, there is no need to.

Ya when you get it I would use Lugol's soution which is pure Iodine. There is quite a differance because it hasnt been photo reactated because of the dark bottle it comes in. This means it is a sterileant still. I bought mine at the local pharmacy and acutually use it for all my iodine supplementing.
