How do you make ceramic reef rocks?

I was wondering if anyone knew how to make ceramic reef rocks? Aquarium Specialty is selling them, but they are quite expensive. Wondering if there is a recipe for it?

you can make cement reef rocks, and add perlite or something to make them lighter and have them cure faster.
