how do you post pics within the thread

Hi I'd like to know how to post pics within the thread. I've seen a guide on it before but I can't seem to find it anymore. Can anyone give me a quick walkthrough?

Click on the post reply button and then paste the address in the space provided to you after clicking on the "IMG" button.
