How do you simplify water changes?

Hi all,I just realized that I have been focusing all my attention on equipment such as the Tank, lighting and a skimmer and I havn't really focused on water changes.Id like some info on how to easily do a water change/top up.From what I have read so far we top up with RO-Di water and do water changes with salt water is this correct?I was planning on having a tee off my overflow drain just before the sump to remove water for water changes and then just add or oump some into the sump what do you think?

Im planning on getting the tunze auto top-off, for water changes i am thinking putting a T on my return run it around to a 5 gallon bucket so i can drain water from the tank, and run another hose from another 5 gallon bucket with a MJ 1200 (where i can mix the salt water.) I would open the T and fill up the 5 gallon bucket, than turn on the MJ and it will put the 5 gallon saltwater back into the sump. Its easier than using a cup (what I'm doing now) get tired of it, i plan on doing this after i get my 2 new tunze nano streames.

I have a T with valve on line to sump for old water. Then a mj400 with a hose on it to pump back into sump.

I mix salt with a power head running over night in 5 gallon and it is up to temp just from power head.

Criminal#58369 this auto top off that you mentioned is it the Tunze Osmolator? Ive heard good things about the osmolator but im not really sure how it works,I know its a sensor that detects water levels but where does it go and does it activate a pump to top up??Thanks for all the replies guys it really makes a boring shift at work go by alot faster!!
