In general somebody who grows illegal things indoors doesn't do it in their livingroom, on the first floor, with the blinds open..... anyways I have been told by an officer (my neighbor is one) when I asked about the subject. His reply "if there aren't any leafy shadows then its 99.9% a fish tank."
