How hardy are Duncans?

I agree with this. They also require less light.

yes, i'd place them above the frogs and hammers on the "easy to keep" list actually.

they respond well to target feeding too.

My water isn't that clean since its mainly fowl

Okay, I don't even know where to start with that one... Is your water fowl? I.E., is it chicken broth? Or is it foul, as in stinky...

Or do you mean the tank is a fowlr, fish only with live rock?

Pretty neat typo, either way it goes!

my duncans will eat new life specturm pellets and wafers. as well as anything else that gets near the mouth. I agree with the others they are very easy to keep and hardy.

eh...i've only seen them greenish, and blueish....i guess it depends on the lighting they are photographed under.
i've never seen one that was a different color, or extremely brilliant under 10k's.

Duncans keep well and can grow very fast. I got obsessed with feeding mine, 12 heads pop'd out, then all of the sudden the skin peeled off and most of the coral died.

Do not feed it more than 3x a week. I was feeding like twice a day lol, had insane growth rate but I think it just crashed the coral.

My Duncan fell on my Acan and turned black and tissue started falling off. A week later all is good like nothing ever happened. Pretty darn hardy IMO.
