How harmfull is soap?

Ok i was moving some rock and frags around so i setup a 10 gal tank next to my main tank. I siphoned water into the 10 gal and started moving stuff over. After i got the frags back in and started pumping the water back into the main tank i noticed a piece of a bar of soap. Im guessing around 5gal or less was moved back to the tank, (70gal total water vol.) What has me amazed is i have no idea how it got in the 10gal tank. It wasnt in there when i started adding frags, im sure of that.

So how bad of trouble am i in? What can i do? So far everything looks fine but im worried about it.

finally your cleaning your tank up ;)

Yea you know, gotta get it clean :)

I think i figured out how it happend, my rodi is in the bathroom and i was filling a 5gal jug, for some reason there was a piece of soap on the floor. I must have sat the jug on it and it stuck to the bottom. I had the 10gal tank close to my sump and as i was pouring water into my sump the soap fell off into the 10gal tank. I have good luck huh? Good thing is it wasnt in there long at all so a minimal amount made it to the tank.

As long as the soap isn't some fancy kind that kills 99.99999% percent of those bad bacteria that will eat your children alive (Isn't that what the commercials say?) You should be safe.
Water change is a good recommendation.

Carbon too, carbon will suck out pretty much anything that is bad, I would run carbon and do a waterchange and go to bed and sleep great
